Product Details
Physical properties:
H-BN is composed of nitrogen atoms and boron atoms, has a layered crystal structure similar to that of graphite. It is a white powder showing loose, lubricated, easy to absorb moisture, light and other properties, which is also called "white graphite".
H-BN has theoretical density 2.27g/cm3and Moh's hardness 2. H-BN possess excellent electrical insulation, thermal conductivity, molten melts chemical compatibility, low thermal-expansion coefficient, and good stability at up to 2000℃under aneutral and/or reducing atmosphere, and to 3000℃ under a 0.1MPa nitrogenatmosphere, while only up to below 1000 ℃ in oxygen atmosphere.
H-BN is insoluble in water and decomposes very slowly in boiling water and produces small amount of boric acid and ammonia. It is chemically stable with weak acid and alkali at room temperature, while slightly soluble in hot acid and can be decomposed with molten NaOH and KOH.
Product Specifications:
The h-BN products produced by Suzhou Nanopure Materials Technology Co., Ltd. are synthesized at high temperature by using high-quality imported boric acid and melamine as raw materials. They are high quality in BN content and trace impurities, good crystalline, and tailored particle size distribution, and morphologies.
Basically, our products are classified as four grades as per downstream demands: ceramics grade (Cera-BN), thermal grade (Therm-BN), cosmetics grade (Cosm-BN), and lubricant grade (Lubr-BN).
Ceramics Grade (Cera-BN)
Used as high electrical voltage insulating components, evaporator boat for aluminum coating, refractory tube for electrical furnace, additive for electrical ceramics, crucible, and raw material for c-BN synthesis.
